Job Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to take the reins of our social media profiles and help lead our efforts to expand our brand's online presence. As the face of our company on social media, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, engaging with our audience, and ensuring that our brand voice is consistently represented across all platforms. This role requires a combination of creative writing, video production, and personal engagement, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable both behind the camera and with content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, write, and produce engaging social media posts, blogs, videos, and scripts aligned with our brand’s voice and values.
Video Production: Shoot, edit, and post regular video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Must be comfortable in front of the camera.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including posting, scheduling, and interacting with followers on a daily basis.
Community Engagement: Build and foster relationships with followers, responding to comments, messages, and other interactions in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics to assess performance and continuously improve content strategies. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Brand Advocacy: Represent the company authentically and creatively, ensuring the brand message is consistently communicated across all channels.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry news to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and/or digital marketing.
Strong video editing skills (experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Comfortable and confident on camera, with experience producing video content for social media.
Excellent writing skills for blog posts, social media captions, and video scripts.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to leverage them to grow brand awareness.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
Experience in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills:

Photography skills or experience.
Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
Experience working with brands in a similar industry or sector.
