About this Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & CRM Specialist who will play a key role in building and managing digital campaigns, nurturing leads, and driving customer engagement. This is a vital position that connects strategy with execution. You’ll be working closely with the leadership team to manage CRM workflows, lead generation, social media posting, email/SMS marketing, and campaign optimisation. This role will have a direct impact on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
-Manage Marketing and CRM campaigns from start to finish (lead capture, follow-ups, automation)
-Create and schedule social media posts with engaging copy and basic graphics
-Set up and optimise email and SMS campaigns using CRM tools
-Build and maintain landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels
-Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and suggest improvements
-Develop campaign content (videos, graphics, long and short copy), and performance reporting

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM (bonus if you’ve used Go High Level)
-Understanding of lead generation, nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing
-Comfortable writing social media captions and promotional email copy
-Graphic design and Video edition skills using tools like Canva, Loom or similar\
-Familiarity with marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
-Certified or familiar with Facebook Blueprint or other digital marketing certifications
-Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
