JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and confident Marketing & Business Insights Specialist to joinour team. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in both marketing and business insights, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development
> LinkedIn Strategy & Execution – Drive business generation through LinkedIn by creating, monitoring, and optimizing content.
> Marketing Automation – Manage and optimize automation tools (ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Calendly, Dubsado) to enhance efficiency and outreach.
> Content Creation – Design engaging marketing materials using Canva and video editing software (Adobe preferred).
> Industry Awareness – Understand pharmaceutical trends to create relevant and impactful content.
> Strategy & Initiative – Confidently implement changes and strategies, keeping the team informed and aligned.
> Engagement & Communication – Be a comfortable and engaging communicator
> Analsyis – analyse effectiveness of marketing campaigns and steer course correction
> Generate marketing camapigns (across eg Linked In, e-mail, meetings)

Business Insights & Market Research
> Market Research & Desk Research – Conduct in-depth secondary research to support client projects.
> Data Analysis – Basic data manipulation and interpretation to extract key insights.
> PowerPoint & Visual Storytelling – Create compelling presentations with strong design, data visualization, and storytelling.
> Proposal Development – Assist in writing and structuring client proposals with an eye for
detail.
> Industry Expertise – Leverage prior experience in pharmaceuticals to provide valuable insights.
> Initiative & Problem-Solving – Take ownership of tasks, suggest improvements, and confidently contribute ideas.

> Tech-savvy, with experience in LinkedIn marketing, automation platforms, and visual content
tools.

Requirements
? Marketing & LinkedIn expertise – Business generation & content creation.
? Experience with marketing automation tools – ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Calendly, Dubsado (or similar).
? Proficiency in Canva & video editing tools – Adobe is a plus.
? Pharmaceutical industry experience – Understanding of market research and insights.
? Strong PowerPoint skills – Graphic design, proposal development, and data visualization.
? Research & analytical skills – Market research, desk research, and data interpretation
