JOB OVERVIEW

Enjoy a role working from home assisting a New Zealand (NZ) entrepreneur with a business built on GoHighLevel (GHL) AI advertising and AI chat bots. You’ll focus on onboarding and technical support, particularly in GHL marketing automation, but will enjoy a broad role across the business.

You will have a dual role of supporting new customers as they onboard and improving systems to automate the process.
You’ll either have a marketing degree or more technical qualifications and you will have experience in creating workflows / automations.

Experience of customer support in a technical environment is a requirement.
Experience in GoHighLevel workflows/automations is desirable but not mandatory. Experience in creating and maintaining automations in similar systems such as Keap, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot are acceptable. You will be able to demonstrate experience in creating complex workflows in these tools. You will also have experience integrating with other tools.

Willingness to learn new skills is essential.

You’ll have experience working remotely for an overseas business.

You will be super organised and reliable to chase up projects, lift the load and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You have a dedicated area at home with a good computer and reliable internet connection, where you can have discussions with customers quietly. Critically, you have exceptional English communication skills, speaking and writing it as fluently as a first language.
