What You’ll Do
Your work will directly impact our clients’ revenue growth by designing intelligent workflows that nurture leads, optimize conversions, and personalize customer experiences using AI:
Design Client Campaigns: Build end-to-end workflows in GoHighLevel/Zapier/n8n for SMS, email, and lead scoring.
AI Integration: Implement ChatGPT-driven personalization (dynamic scripting, lead response automation).
API Magic: Connect CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce to create seamless client systems.
Client Onboarding: Set up automations, landing pages, and tracking dashboards for new clients.
Optimize & Troubleshoot: A/B test workflows to improve conversion rates and fix “leaks” in funnels.
Compliance: Ensure SMS/email campaigns meet Australian Spam Act and data privacy laws.

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT, Monday to Friday (Aligns with AU business hours)
Salary: PHP 40,000/month + performance bonuses

We’re Looking For
Technical Skills:
2+ years with GoHighLevel (certification preferred) and Zapier/n8n.
Proven experience integrating APIs (RESTful, webhooks) and troubleshooting errors.
Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS, Unbounce/Carrd for landing pages).
Familiarity with ChatGPT/AI tools for marketing automation.
Understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, lead-to-close rates).
Soft Skills:
Fluent written and spoken English for client and staff Zoom calls, Slack communications and documentation.
Obsessive about efficiency and optimization
Problem-solving mindset – you thrive on turning “Can we do this?” into scalable systems.
Self-motivated - you’ll own projects end-to-end in a remote role.
