Marketing Automation & Workflow Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation & Workflow Specialist to assist with optimizing and expanding our workflows in ClickUp and HighLevel (GoHighLevel). This role involves building efficient automation, creating landing pages, and managing email marketing campaigns to enhance our internal systems and client offerings.

This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone with expertise in CRM management, workflow automation, and marketing technology.

Responsibilities:
- ClickUp Optimization: Streamline internal workflows, create automation, and improve project/task management efficiency.
- HighLevel Expansion: Build out our existing HighLevel setup to a SaaS-level account, allowing us to offer marketing automation services to clients.
- Marketing Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows, lead generation funnels, and nurture sequences within HighLevel.
- Landing Page Creation: Design and optimize landing pages using HighLevel or other platforms as needed.
- Email Marketing: Set up and manage email campaigns, automations, and segmentation to improve engagement and conversions.
- Zapier Integration: Use Zapier to connect various tools, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
- General Tech Support: Assist in troubleshooting workflow issues and recommending best practices for system improvements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with HighLevel (GoHighLevel), including building workflows, automation, and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of ClickUp, with experience in setting up efficient project management workflows.
- Proficiency in Zapier for setting up automations and integrations.
- Experience in landing page creation and optimization.
- Background in CRM management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve workflow efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

- Experience with ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, Infusionsoft (Keap), WordPress, or other related platforms is a plus.
