Marketing Automation Specialist & Email Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist & Email Strategist to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be an expert in marketing automation platforms such as High Level, ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo, with a proven ability to create engaging emails, develop sophisticated automation workflows, and design effective landing pages. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in front-end WordPress design to support landing pages and implement client updates outside the Go High Level ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing & Automation
-- Design, build, and optimize email campaigns for diverse client needs, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
-- Create and manage advanced automation workflows using High Level, ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo.
-- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to refine strategies and improve performance metrics.
-- Segment audiences and personalize email content based on behavioral, demographic, and geographic data.
- Landing Page Development
-- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages using Go High Level and WordPress.
-- Implement best practices in UX/UI design to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
-- Troubleshoot and update existing landing pages based on client needs or performance data.
- Front-End WordPress Design
-- Update and customize WordPress websites to align with client requests, ensuring consistent branding and functionality.
-- Implement minor front-end design changes and updates as needed to support campaigns and client goals.
-- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of marketing assets.
- Collaboration & Strategy
-- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand objectives, provide recommendations, and execute marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on platform advancements, email marketing trends, and industry best practices.
- Provide analytics and reporting on campaign performance, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with High Level, optionally ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation strategies, and automation best practices.
- Proficiency in front-end WordPress design, including HTML/CSS basics.
- Experience designing and optimizing landing pages for conversions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO principles, and Google Analytics is a plus.
