Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms, creating workflows, and improving lead nurturing processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our marketing efforts are seamless, efficient, and data-driven, supporting lead generation, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation Management:
Administer marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
Design, build, and manage automated workflows, including

Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns across various channels.

Lead Management:
