Role Overview:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing automation workflows for our clients. You’ll work with AI-driven tools such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, Twilio, and several kinds of AI platforms to ensure efficient and effective lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign management.
You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that improve efficiency and help clients achieve their growth goals through automation and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage marketing automation workflows: Set up and optimize automated
Leverage AI tools for lead generation and nurturing: Implement and manage AI-powered lead follow-up and customer engagement strategies, including AI-calling solutions.
CRM management: Work with GoHighLevel to automate client outreach, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
Data-driven optimization: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, test workflows, and make data-backed improvements to maximize ROI for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with the content, sales, and design teams to create integrated, scalable marketing solutions.
Client onboarding and support: Assist in setting up automated systems for new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal use of automation tools.
Upselling opportunities: Identify and develop opportunities for additional marketing services that benefit clients through enhanced automation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing automation or a similar role.
Strong expertise in tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, Twilio, and other marketing automation platforms.
Experience with additional automation tools or platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Integromat, Pabbly Connect, etc.) is highly desired.
Experience in creating and optimizing
Familiarity with AI-driven tools for marketing (e.g., AI-calling systems, chatbots).
Data analysis skills: Proficiency in using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools to measure performance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on client success.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) across industries like e-commerce, real estate, or professional services.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) to troubleshoot
