Marketing Associate & Admin Support (Located in Cebu)

We're hiring a Marketing associate to support a dynamic all female digital marketing agency based in Australia, focusing on executing marketing strategies using GoHighLevel CRM for our clients and general admin support tasks.

Must be located in Cebu as it will be an in office position initially with a view for hybrid after qualifying

Your Role:
- Execute marketing strategies using GoHighLevel CRM
- Assist with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties
- Coordinate with the graphics team, content writers, and other team members
- Some graphic design skills
- Provide support for digital marketing projects and clients
- Create professional and presentable reports and documents
- Manage social media profiles

What We're Looking For:

? Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar CRMs (hubspot, Clickup, Asana, Salesforce etc)
? Prior experience in marketing
? Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
? Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
? Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
? Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
