Marketing Associate

Job Summary
Recherche' Phoenix Beauty Essential Inc. Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in understanding the complete marketing mix and utilizing market research and consumer behavior analysis to drive effective strategies. Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing and advertising activities. Assist in conducting market research, enhnce the company’s digital presence, analyze consumer behavior data, and create reports on marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing team:
1. Development and execution of social media marketing strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels.
2. Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
3. Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
4. Coordinate to manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring maximum impact for each post.
5. Develop and monitor content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
6. Engage with online communities, fostering customer engagement and building relationships with potential customers and target audiences.
7. Stay current with market trends, industry trends, social media trends, and competitor activity to keep our social content relevant and impactful.
8. Utilize social media marketing tools, monitoring tools, and analytics tools to refine strategies and track key performance indicators.
9. Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting.
10. Report progress to senior marketing management
11. Prepare regular sales forecasting reports and monitor competitors’ marketing activities


Skills and Qualifications
1. Associate's or bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, digital communications, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
3. With solid knowledge of marketing digital tools, techniques and strategies in line with the skin care products.
4. Strong understanding of general digital marketing concepts.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
6. In-depth knowledge of optimization tools and how to apply them to social media content and strategy.
7. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative strategies that maximize the impact of marketing and social media efforts.
8. Excellent organizational skills, technical skills, and creative skills, with experience managing editorial calendars and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and business goals.
