Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves managing Meta ad creation, social media posting, AI-powered process optimization, Amazon marketing support, and PPC campaign management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at working across various digital marketing platforms to drive impactful results.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, optimizing performance to achieve marketing goals.
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns, including Amazon advertising and other paid media initiatives.
- Execute social media posting across platforms, ensuring engagement and alignment with brand consistency.
- Assist in Amazon product listing optimization, including brief creation and submission.
- Collaborate on packaging brief development to ensure alignment with brand identity.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing processes, efficiency, and strategy implementation.
- Explore and implement AI-driven marketing strategies to optimize workflows and outcomes.
- Support link-building efforts and promotional campaign communication to drive visibility.

Requirements:
- Experience in Meta Ads and PPC management, including setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management, including scheduling and posting engaging content.
- Familiarity with Amazon marketing and product listing optimization.
- Experience leveraging AI for content creation, workflows, and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey offers and promotions effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
