Marketing Associate

We are RNS.ID, the world's first Web3 ID, that supports the application of Palau ID and ID NFTs on-chain. We are currently looking for Marketing Associate that can start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying conferences, events, summits that could potentially boost the project's brand exposure and raise awareness
2. Building a potential long term partnership between project and the top events
3. Creating opportunities for our project by actively participating in sponsorships, pitch, speaker/panel discussions, start-up competitions, and more.
4. In charge of negotiating optimal deals, prices, and/or packages that best fit sponsorship opportunities for the company
5. Creating, modifying, and/or updating company pitch decks, sales decks, speaker presentation based on or to fit the events, competitions and/or any new project requirements
6. Arranging essential materials for sponsorships such as booth setup, materials, designs, giveaways, event tickets etc. and requesting related departments for creation, preparations and shipping
7. In-charge of all members communication and invitation for events, gatherings, and side events.
8. Maintaining constant communication with event organizers to ensure an organize and smooth operation.
9. Identifying best fit partners, providers and/or services needed for the project
10. Active outreach activities forming and enhancing brand partnerships that can be offered as benefits for members
11. Assisting in creation of standard operation procedure involving users' benefits
12. Admin tasks such as updating Gitbook page, drafting emails for users' invitation, uploading/updating Youtube video tutorials, etc.
13. Any tasks that may arise in request of the CEO
