Job Overview: We’re looking for an energetic Marketing Assistant who can juggle social media platforms like a pro—someone who’ll take our existing video content, infuse it with AI wizardry, and create top-notch, engaging posts. You’ll be the go-to guru for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and anywhere else we need a bold digital presence. In a nutshell, if you can handle all things marketing, social media, and website development—and if responding to comments and posting in Facebook groups about our real estate properties sounds like a good time—keep reading.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation:

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to spin up creative, on-brand text for posts, captions, and promotional materials.

Repurpose existing video content into eye-catching, share-worthy snippets for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.

Community Engagement:

Manage and grow our presence in relevant Facebook groups, real estate forums, and other online communities.

Monitor comments and direct messages; respond promptly and courteously to build our reputation and keep followers engaged.

Posting & Scheduling:

Plan out a social media calendar and schedule daily or weekly posts.

Keep a close eye on analytics to determine best posting times, content engagement, and new trends.

Real Estate Promotion:

Post about our properties for lease or sale in various groups and platforms.

Tailor content to target specific real estate audiences and potential investors.

Website Support:

Assist with website updates, landing pages, and other digital marketing efforts.

Use basic web development tools—or learn them quickly—to keep our online presence fresh and user-friendly.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track performance metrics across all digital channels.

Present insights and suggest improvements for ongoing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven Social Media Know-How: Show us you can create (and recreate) marketing magic on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.

AI Enthusiasm: Experience using AI-driven content tools (like ChatGPT) or a willingness to dive in headfirst.

Basic Graphic/Video Editing: Able to whip up quick graphics or edit short video clips—fancy software not required, just enough to get the job done.

Strong Communication: Must be able to write compelling, typo-free posts—plus, keep the conversation going in the comments.

Website Familiarity: Some experience in WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms is a big plus.

Organization & Time Management: You’ll be juggling multiple tasks, so planning and prioritizing is essential.

People Person: You’ll be interacting with clients, potential leads, and the general public, so let your friendly personality shine.
