Marketing Assistant Needed

I run a small marketing consultancy in Australia, and I’m looking for an experienced marketing assistant to help keep things running smoothly across our different marketing efforts.

Right now, our marketing strategy includes a podcast, cold email outreach, and an email newsletter to nurture prospects. I need a marketing all-rounder who can jump in and help manage podcast episodes by uploading them to our WordPress site, designing episode graphics in Canva, curating and formatting newsletter content in ConvertKit, and coordinating podcast guests.

It's important to the success of this job that:
- You have great communication
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in marketing
- You reply "I'm a real person" at the top of your proposal
- You have good problem-solving skills
- You can suggest ways to improve upon my request
- You are not afraid to ask questions if unsure
- You have initiative
