Salary Range: $6-10/hr depending on experience

About The Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, self-motivated VA to help execute marketing tasks, CRM automation, and ad campaigns. You’ll play a key role in freeing up our CEO so he can focus on sales and scaling.

Responsibilities:
- Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM – Automate lead generation, create forms, and optimize workflows
- Launch & Monitor Meta & Google Ads – Assist in setup, targeting, and reporting
- Assist with Email Marketing – Sending referral campaigns, cold email outreach
- Basic Admin & Project Support – Organizing SOPs, tracking tasks, and calendar management

Requirements:
- GoHighLevel CRM experience (MUST HAVE)
- Facebook/Google Ads experience (At least 1 year, not expert level)
- Excellent English & Communication Skills
- Highly Organised & Tech-Savvy

Our Hiring Process
1 We will shortlist 2 candidates for a quick 15-minutes zoom call on Wednesday March 5th.
2 We will then provide a small paid test task (e.g., set up a GHL workflow or simple FB campaign).
3 Upon satisfactory completion of both, we will hire the person who is the best fit straight away to start on March 11th, 2025.
