Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on email marketing and automation to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, optimizing workflows, and driving engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced with email marketing platforms, automation tools, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:


Email
Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
Write and edit engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
Ensure email templates are mobile-friendly and optimized for conversion.

Automation & Workflow Optimization:
Set up and manage email automation sequences (e.g., welcome series, nurture campaigns, re-engagement emails).
Segment email lists based on audience behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.
Use A/B testing to optimize email performance and conversion rates.

List Management & Lead Nurturing:
Maintain and update email lists, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
Implement strategies to grow and nurture the subscriber base.
Work with sales and marketing teams to align email marketing with lead generation goals.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
Provide insights and recommendations to improve email campaign effectiveness.
Generate reports on email marketing performance and campaign success.

Marketing Support & Collaboration:
Assist in content creation for newsletters, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and paid campaigns.
Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to enhance email content.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integration (Hubspot)
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred but not required).
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.

Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Google Analytics and email marketing certifications are a plus.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) in email marketing.
