The Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for collecting and organizing contact
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Data Management:
Research and gather
Maintain and regularly update contact lists for marketing campaigns.
Email
Create, schedule, and monitor
Draft, design, and test
Social Media Management & Content Creation:
Create and post content across social media platforms
Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, and building our online community.
Advertising & Campaign Management:
Assist in setting up and running social media ads
Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
Marketing Material & Content Creation:
Develop visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics and promotional content, using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Write copy for posts,
Lead Management & Reporting:
Organize leads generated through
Track and report key metrics for campaigns, ads, and lead management to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in
Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Excel) and
Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools
Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with CRM tools or lead management systems.
Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights.
