Our organization is a digital marketing agency working primarily with Travel and Real Estate Agents seeking skilled individuals to join our team.

The job responsibilities include:
Creating Social Media Content
Scheduling Content through Metricool
Facilitating communication and interactions with followers
Tracking and organising sales data
Organising Tasks
Setting up Systems and Processes
Video Editing
Reel Creating
Graphic Design

This is a Full-time position of 35 hours per week.

There is significant potential for growth within our company, allowing for increased earning opportunities based on performance. Commission-based incentives are possible.
While prior experience is advantageous, we provide comprehensive training through our system. Hourly rates will increase over time with consistent success. We are seeking individuals who can grow alongside our agency, benefitting mutually from our progress.

Some training will be provided but we need you to be quite proficient, and a paid probationary period of 3 months will be in effect.
