Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We're seeking a versatile Marketing Assistant based in the Philippines who can work within the Sydney/Melbourne time zone.

The ideal candidate is an experienced all-rounder who can support various marketing initiatives while bringing specialized expertise in one or two key areas.

Responsibilities

1. Draft marketing materials (ad copy, emails, social media posts)
2. Assist with email marketing campaigns
3. Help with day-to-day project management and organization
4. Set up and manage social media accounts
5. Support with file organization and administrative tasks
6. Keep projects on track and help maintain accountability

Requirements

1. Experience in eCommerce or agency businesses
2. Strong copywriting skills (can utilise AI - ChatGPT or Claude)
3. Proficiency in at least one specialized area (copywriting, graphic design, etc.)
4. Excellent organizational and project management abilities
5. Self-starter who can work independently
6. Available during Sydney/Melbourne business hours

Compensation

A$2,000 per month base salary
Performance bonuses and commission opportunities
