JOB OVERVIEW

I am a business consultant looking to grow my company and my team. I am looking for a right-hand person to assist me.

Responsibilities:
- Data entry: Enter data into spreadsheets
- Assist in Apollo data collection
- Cold Calling: Call prospective businesses to sell services.- Commissions for every sale made in addition to salary!
- Assisting in onboarding new clients including sending Contracts, NDAs and amendments to
- Digital Marketing: Develop Social media content for my company plus clients that are onboarded.
-Develop weekly marketing plan for each social media account for approval.
-Create and launch compelling newsletters.
- Assist in building educational training PowerPoint slides for me to launch courses with.
- Any additional tasks needed.

Skills
-Self Starter and Run with tasks given
- Organizational skills: Be able to align skills, responsibilities, and communication across an organization
- Attention to detail: Be able to prioritize tasks and manage time well
- Communication skills: Be able to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders - strong English a must
- Office software skills: Be proficient with office software and tools
- Problem-solving skills: Be able to adapt to new situations and solve problems.

Preferred Hours to overlap with me some I work 7am- 5pm EST but flexible.

Hours: Flexible as long as some overlap time with me exist to consult and discuss tasks.
Pay: $2 at 20 hours per week to start - as we grow I will need someone to grow into full time.
Commissions: $25 per lead that signs up for services with my company.
