JOB OVERVIEW

Radiate Real Estate is a mission-driven company dedicated to empowering women and minority investors to succeed in real estate. We specialize in midterm rental investments and offer education, consulting, and implementation services to help real estate investors streamline their operations.

We are looking for a Virtual Marketing Assistant to work 20 hours per week and support the CEO in implementing a high-impact marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping purpose-driven businesses grow. You will handle a variety of marketing tasks, such as managing social media accounts, creating graphics, writing content, assisting with email campaigns, and tracking marketing metrics.

As a key member of our team, you’ll play an important role in helping Radiate Real Estate expand its reach and impact while gaining valuable experience in digital marketing and real estate.


Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

-Schedule and post content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Write engaging captions that align with the company’s tone and mission.
-Respond to comments and direct messages to engage with the community.
-Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitors to optimize content performance.

2. Content Creation

-Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, stories, and email campaigns using Canva or similar tools.
-Help create short-form videos, such as Instagram Reels and TikToks, with basic editing.
-Draft blog content and other written materials for the website and marketing campaigns.

3. Email Marketing

-Assist in setting up email campaigns using email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign).
-Write and format engaging email templates for newsletters, promotions, and follow-ups.
-Track email performance and suggest improvements based on data.

4. Marketing Analytics and Reporting

-Monitor and track the performance of social media posts, email campaigns, and website traffic.
-Organize and present data in weekly and monthly reports for the CEO.
-Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

5. Administrative and Event Support

-Assist in planning and promoting webinars and virtual workshops.
-Organize marketing assets and maintain files in tools like Google Drive.
-Coordinate with influencers or partners for collaborations.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or virtual assistant role.
-Proficiency in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
-Experience using Canva or similar graphic design tools to create visuals.
-Strong written English skills, with the ability to create engaging and error-free content.
-Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
-Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., social media insights).
-Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
-Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva Video Editor).
-Knowledge of SEO and blog optimization strategies.
-Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools.
-Interest in real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry.
