Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Content Creation & Execution)
Rate: $5 - $8 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
Availability Requirement: Must be responsive within 30 minutes during working hours
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant who will work closely with our Marketing Director to execute various marketing strategies across multiple business units such as our client

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Graphic Design:
1. Create eye-catching graphics using Canva or Adobe Photoshop for social media,
2. Edit and produce short-form videos for social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and
3. Design visuals for social media posts, stories, and ads that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Social Media Management & Engagement:
4. Support the development and implementation of content strategies that resonate with our audience.
5. Schedule and manage posts across multiple platforms using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
6.Engage with followers by responding to comments, and messages, and tracking analytics to continuously improve performance.
Copywriting & Brand Voice:
1. Write compelling and engaging copy for social media,
2. Ensure all written and visual content aligns with our brand voice and values.

General Marketing & Administrative Support:
1. Maintain organized digital files, and project documentation, and track task completion.

Skills & Qualifications:
-Graphic Design & Video Editing: Proficient in Canva and Adobe Photoshop; experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, -Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut).
-Social Media Management: Experience managing social media content calendars and monitoring engagement.
