Brilled Lighting, a Utah-based lighting manufacturer, seeks a Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on bid marketing. This role is integral to understanding customer needs, driving product awareness, and enhancing our bid submissions to achieve competitive advantage. We seek a seasoned professional who develops and executes effective marketing campaigns, inspires teams, and balances daily operations with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Prepare persuasive and high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and promotional content tailored to each bid.
• Market Research: Research to understand the competitive landscape and client needs, utilizing insights to refine bid strategies. Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically for bid submissions, including identifying key value propositions and differentiators
• Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns related to bids, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines. Prepare persuasive and high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and promotional content tailored to each bid.
• Manage website content and marketing databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools like Elementor and WordPress, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work remotely in the US time zone with effective communication.
