Our law firm is looking for a marketing assistant to help bring our brand to the next level through implementing and executing marketing campaigns, including promotional materials, website content creation, blog articles, videos and social media.

You are technologically adept and able to handle many moving parts with style and grace. You can follow directions and do not have difficulty following a plan but can also change directions quickly. What You Will Do
The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the firm’s marketing, communications, and business development efforts. The Assistant requires strong marketing instincts, a result-oriented mindset, and the highest standards for accuracy and detail.
You will have the following responsibilities:
• Assist with the content management of the firm’s website, including posting content via Wordpress
• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
• Write and edit content for the firm’s print newsletter and e-newsletter.
• Light video editing using Canva and posting to Youtube and firm website
• Make updates to client relationship management (CRM) system on tasks such as the creation and updating of contact/mailing lists and researching contact data.
• Monitor social media accounts and generate ideas to increase engagement with target audiences.
• E-mail marketing
• Tracking firm data related to marketing
• Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research
Qualifications and Experience
• Must possess a bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related marketing experience.
• Must be a self-starter, pro-active and able to take the lead on tasks with minimal direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva,
