Marketing Agent for Service Business

We are a US-based junk removal company looking for a full time, home-based sales lead generator via text, email and cold calls. You must have experience in sales, marketing and cold calling & emailing for this position.


Your daily responsibilities would include:
Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
Make outbound email, texts and cold calls to prospect new clients and relationships for our junk removal business.
Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls.
Respond to customer questions via phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, or SMS.
Book new jobs, reschedule &/ or update service jobs in our CRM.
Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/ or alternatives.

This is a full time position. You need to have excellent English skills. You will also need to have minimal to no accent when speaking English. If you have a heavy accent when speaking English, please do not apply.

Work hours are 5-6 days a week 7am-7pm PST (We will confirm after your interview) You must be available and ready to work on Pacific Standard Time working hours daily.

$4/hr to start, with the ability to earn more + earn excellent bonuses.

If accepted you will be tasked with gaining leads, obtaining booked jobs and initiating new relationships with other businesses.
