Innovative Campaigns is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with social media content scheduling and management.
Organize and maintain marketing materials and files.
Research and compile leads for
Monitor and track marketing campaign performance.
Create reports and update dashboards based on campaign insights.
Assist with basic graphic design tasks (templates provided).
Draft and proofread marketing copy for
Support event planning, sponsorship outreach, and PR initiatives.
Conduct online research on potential marketing opportunities.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Data entry and administrative support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
? 1-2 years experience in administrative support, marketing, or virtual assistance.
? Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
? Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
? Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).
? Familiarity with Canva or other simple graphic design tools is a plus.
