Your Role in Our Story
As a Marketing Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our marketing operations, ensuring that every detail is accounted for and every deadline met. You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Operations executive to manage administrative processes, develop marketing materials, and implement strategies across multiple brands.
This position offers 20–40 hours per week, with compensation based on your experience and availability. Specifics will be discussed during the interview process.

- Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Your Responsibilities
Here’s how you’ll support the team:
- Coordinate marketing projects and timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Manage administrative processes, including reporting, analytics, and marketing material maintenance.
- Draft, develop, and distribute marketing content, from social media posts to
- Organize digital assets, maintain file systems, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Monitor trends, conduct market research, and share actionable insights with the team.
- Provide weekly progress reports and identify opportunities to improve processes and results.
Your Skills and Qualifications
You’ll excel in this role if you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing your work and two professional references.
- Proven experience in marketing administration, project coordination, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency with ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in tools like Hootsuite, SEMrush, WriteSonic, and Adobe Creative Express (no Canva).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, content creation, and marketing analytics.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with basic video and audio editing.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for digital and print channels.
