Marketer (Media Buyer) for Ecommerce Agency

Next Level Empire is looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our Ecommerce clients. You will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook (Meta), TikTok, Google, and YouTube to drive high ROI and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook (Meta), Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, reduce CPA, and maximize ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and analyze performance metrics.
- Create and implement scaling strategies for winning campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and best practices.
- Report campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in media buying, preferably for Ecommerce brands or agencies.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget ad accounts ($5,000+/mo in ad spend).
- Expertise in Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (YouTube Ads is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
- Ability to write ad copy and understand ad creative psychology.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work US hours (CST) and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
