Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting telephone interviews with various individuals to gather data for our market research projects. The hours for this position may fluctuate based on project needs, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who values flexibility in their work schedule. There is also opportunity for a role with full-time hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telephone interviews with individuals across different demographics and industries.
Follow provided scripts and questionnaires accurately to gather data.
Record responses and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with respondents.
Meet daily and weekly call targets as assigned.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of survey scripts and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the research team to understand project objectives and requirements.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:

Key Skills Required for the role:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
Strong listening skills and the ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data recording.
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
Prior experience in market research or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software.
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and project demands.
