We are looking to add a full-time Intake Manager to join our team over at Upgrade to see actual info.
Our business buys and sells vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate.
For generating sellers leads we currently do the following:
1) Direct Mail
2) Cold texting
We are currently looking to generate 20-50 new seller leads form direct mail per month.
The Intake Manager will be responsible for adding all new seller leads into our CRM and providing all crucial information so our Acquisitions Manager can call the seller lead.
Intake Manager Responsibilities:
- Adding all seller leads into Pebble (all leads must be added in 5 minutes or less)
- Generating comparable sales for like kind properties in the same area (we will provide training on how to comp properties)
- Reviewing the property details such as topography, floodplains, legal access, utilities, etc. (all info must be added into the seller record in our CRM)
- Calling the county to source information about the property when it cannot be found online
- Setting follow up tasks in our CRM for our Acquisitions Manager
Market Analyst Responsibilities
- Research market data.
- Compare comps in market
- Look for similar pricing in markets on various acreage ranges.
- Select markets with good sell through rates to market.

1) Fluent in speaking and writing English

3) Kind and empathetic.
4) Hungry for professional growth (As this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how much you'd like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an incredible income)
Pay:
Base Salary between $3/hr-$6/hr (depending on experience)
Commission: Commissions are paid out quarterly based on company results. Commission is .5% on the profit of all deals closed. For example: $20,000 net profit = a $100 bonus.
