Manychat chat support/ Lead Gen

We are seeking a skilled Chat Support Specialist to connect with potential clients interested in joining our online fitness program through ManyChat. You will follow a provided script while using conversational English to build rapport and answer questions. The ideal candidate has prior experience with ManyChat or chat support and possesses strong English conversational skills. A reliable internet connection is essential.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients through ManyChat conversations
Follow a provided script to answer questions and nurture leads
Build rapport and provide a welcoming, helpful experience
Track and report on chat interactions as required
Requirements:

Proficiency in conversational English
Experience in ManyChat and/or online chat support
Reliable internet connection
Available to work between 1 PM - 7 PM Eastern standard time, at least 4 consecutive hours daily

Salary: starting at $4 an hour with bonuses for closed sales
