ManyChat & WhatsApp Automation Specialist (AI & Flow Optimization)

We are looking for a ManyChat & WhatsApp automation expert to optimize and expand our customer chat flow for Raj School of Driving. The goal is to minimize call times, provide crucial regulatory information, and improve customer experience through automation. If you have experience integrating AI-powered chatbots, even better!

Key Responsibilities:
Optimize Customer Chat Flow:
Improve the logical flow of WhatsApp automation, ensuring relevant questions appear only when necessary based on previous responses.

Understand Driving License Regulations:
Implement step-by-step guidance on what licenses, paperwork, and requirements customers need before they book a service.

Teen-Specific Information Flow:
Create a dedicated chat flow for teen drivers, including details about Parent-Taught Driver’s Ed (PTDE) and requirements before visiting the DPS.

DPS Paperwork Guide:
Integrate a checklist for customers outlining which documents they need to bring to the DPS office for licensing or testing.

AI Chatbot Implementation (Bonus):
If possible, integrate AI-powered automation to answer customer questions intelligently without requiring human intervention.

24/7 Customer Support Automation:
Make WhatsApp a self-service option where customers can ask questions, book services, and get answers instantly without needing to call.

Reduce Phone Support Time:
Ensure customers get the information they need via chat, reducing repetitive phone inquiries.

Enhance UX & Engagement:
Make the chat experience intuitive, engaging, and hassle-free for all users.

Raj School of Driving is a trusted driving school in the DFW area, providing hands-on driving lessons, road tests, and licensing assistance. The school primarily serves the Desi (South Asian) community, helping individuals get their driver’s licenses quickly and efficiently.

One-on-one driving lessons for $100 per 2-hour session, including highway training

Ideal Candidate:
Experience with ManyChat & WhatsApp API automation
Understanding of local driving school regulations & DPS requirements (or willingness to learn)
Proven ability to optimize chat flows & reduce friction in customer communication
Bonus: Experience in AI Chatbot implementation (ChatGPT, Dialogflow, or similar)
Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API & automation best practices
