Manga Animator

We are looking for a talented animator who can bring manga chapters to life by creating dynamic animations for YouTube videos, similar to this example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipPL0vYCjL8 . The role will involve taking already colored manga chapters and animating them into engaging 8-10 minute videos. No sound effects are required, as we are focusing purely on the animation side of things.
Responsibilities:
Animate colored manga panels into engaging videos that are 8-10 minutes long
Ensure smooth transitions, camera movements, and dynamic effects to create a lively animation
Collaborate to capture the feel and essence of the anime/manga style
Meet deadlines and manage projects effectively
Requirements:
Proficiency in animation software
Experience with animating manga/anime content or similar
Strong understanding of anime/manga styles, movements, and aesthetics
Passion for anime/manga, with a good knowledge of popular series
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
Payment:
$100 per completed video (8-10 minutes in length) (This will also be adjusted if there is long term work together)
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience animating manga/anime content
A strong portfolio showcasing similar projects
Enthusiasm and passion for anime culture
