Male Influencer Marketing Support Agent ($500/mo)

Hello again! We are looking for customer support agents for Instagram influencers.

Our influencers run merch stores where they sell t-shirts, mugs, and other gifts. We are looking for people to communicate with their followers, gauge their level of fandom, and then hand off the "hot leads" to closers who will close the deal.

The role is super simple and we have a very defined process for you to run through in order for you to do your job.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

1. Have conversations with followers about their day, where they're from, etc (small talk)
2. Identify potential hot leads by looking for certain "buying words" (we will give you these)
3. Hand off hot leads to closers, so you must be able to communicate with the team

The role is in English, so your English should be good. Doesn't have to be native level, but should be good enough that you don't make basic mistakes :)
