Job Summary
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for property maintenance requests, ensuring repairs are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will coordinate with tenants, property owners, and vendors to guarantee seamless maintenance operations.

Responsibilities
Manage incoming maintenance requests from tenants via phone, email, or software.
Create, assign, and track work orders to appropriate vendors.
Communicate with property owners and tenants about repair timelines and status updates.
Verify invoices and process payments for completed work orders.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality of service.
Handle emergency maintenance situations promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Conduct follow-ups to confirm tenant satisfaction after repairs.
Prepare and present maintenance reports to property managers.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or similar role (2+ years).
Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, or Propertyware).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:
Experience handling property maintenance for residential, commercial, or any long-term properties.
Knowledge of maintenance workflows and vendor management.
Background in customer service or tenant relations.
