The main duties of the role are:
Consolidating Maintenance jobs, invoices
Communicating with maintenance team, contractors
Liaising with customers and clients.

What we require:

- Previous administrative/secretarial experience would be desirable ( More than 5 years)
- A team player, as well as the ability to work independently
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet multiple deadlines, juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to take on information quickly and be able to work proactively and flexibly with a
positive approach
- Ability to work in a busy environment and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Xero experience

Your potential job roles:

- Dealing with customer queries
- Maintenance administrative duties
- Data Entry, progression management
- Prepare invoices, client data entry and data management, Property logs and details uploading
- Diary management

As a maintenance coordinator the applicant will very much be at the heart of the business and responsible for supporting the smooth running of the business and its success.

As a first point of contact for the business, both via online chat, emails or over the phone, you will need to be able to build good customer relationship with ease. You will answer questions regarding regular maintenance issues, identify the problems and communicate with other parties including contractors.

Working as part of a busy and supportive team in a business that truly values staff, you will be proactive and have a positive approach in all that you do, keen to go above and beyond to ensure that everything you do is of the highest standard. You will thrive under pressure, embrace change, and tackle problems in a proactive and can do way. You will be a great communicator, able to liaise with a wide range of external partners and clients, and have the ability to multi-task with ease.

Hours Required: 40-45 Hours per week, Work UK Time from 9:30am - 5:30pm
