MTG Player – Customer Outreach & replies

Description:
Arcane Fortress is a TCG gaming accessories company specializing in high-quality products like deck boxes, sleeves, and playmats, sold online and in stores. We’re looking for an active or past MTG player for a part-time role (2-5 hours/day).

Responsibilities:

Managing and engaging with our social media accounts.
Replying to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
Responding to customer surveys and collecting feedback.
Creating and sending out customer surveys to gather insights.
Requirements:

Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Pay: $3-5/hour.
