We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing META and Google ad campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and capable of driving performance across multiple platforms.
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on META and Google platforms.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, and overall performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations through detailed reporting (weekly/monthly).
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads align with branding and audience targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad formats and strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media.
- Manage budgets and ensure ad spend is utilized effectively and efficiently.
