Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of 20+ ad accounts, ensuring each campaign achieves its KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth performance analyses to provide actionable insights and improve ROI.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with our design and content teams.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and updates in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
- Use time-tracking software such as Time Doctor to log hours and demonstrate progress transparently.

Qualifications:
- Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including advanced targeting, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large-scale ad portfolios with measurable success.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Comfortable with time-tracking tools as part of daily operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present campaign performance to stakeholders.
