MERN Stack Developer / Technical Support Agent

US Print Factory is looking for a motivated and savvy MERN Stack Developer and Technical Support Agent.

Responsibilities

- The focus of this role is to develop and maintain USPF's Print On Demand Application integration with platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Woocomerce, Shopify, Walmart, and more.

- Bug fixing / QA test US Print Factory's application by addressing QA queries, thoroughly testing app functionality, and more.

- Improve US Print Factory's application by developing features and solutions based on requests from management.

- Monitor, respond, and address customer's concerns in low volume Live Chat during shift. Very few inquiries, maybe 5-10 a day. Inquiries often provide bugs to fix.

- Lead in improving US Print Factory's website page, organziing flow and layout, create navigation map, and more.

Design scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Testing and Debugging:

Write unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
Debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.

Version Control and Deployment:

Use Git for source code management.
Deploy applications to cloud services like AWS, Heroku, or Vercel.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Document code, APIs, and technical processes for future reference.
