We are seeking a dynamic and driven Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. If you excel in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting, this role offers an exciting opportunity to help grow our business while working remotely.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Use lead databases and LinkedIn to generate quality leads.
Cold Calling: Contact leads via outbound calls to pitch services and set appointments.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with prospects for the sales team.
Potential Sales Closing: Assist with follow-ups and possibly close sales in the future.
Prospecting & Research: Daily tasks include creating prospect lists and researching contact details (e.g., phone numbers).
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
Start your day by building a list of potential leads.
Research phone numbers and contact information.
Conduct cold calls to engage with potential clients.
Set up appointments and maintain follow-ups.
Grow into potential sales closing opportunities as you develop in the role.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in working with lead databases and LinkedIn for lead generation.
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Confidence and experience in cold calling.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with American accent or experience working with U.S. clients.
A basic understanding of concepts like website design, WordPress, and SEO.
Required Tools & Software:
Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Familiarity with outbound dialers and CRM tools.
LinkedIn for lead generation.
Experience with lead databases is a plus.
