This is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our homecare agency based in California. The ideal candidate will be a creative and resourceful individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of success in sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with graphic design software such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Experience with video editing software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the home care industry (preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Support:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients within the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, doctors, and social workers.
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person client consultations.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
Track and analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
2. Marketing Support:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media,
- Create engaging content for website, blog, and social media platforms (e.g., articles, blog posts, social media updates).
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations using Canva or Photoshop.
- Edit and produce marketing videos.
Manage the company's online presence and reputation.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Client Relations:
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4. Company Presentations:
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and referral sources.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and conferences (virtual or in-person).
