JOB OVERVIEW


Position Overview: Mobile Applications Dynamics (M.A.D.) is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team. In this full-commission role, you'll have the flexibility to set your own hours and the potential to earn unlimited income by contacting commercial fleets for our Commercial fleet program along with our CDL online course for the drivers in their fleet (Coming soon) and potential consumers for our solar Program, and our Consumer and commercial companies CCTV program. 4 different ways of being able to earn commissions
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact commercial fleets using our CRM system, which includes over 40,000 pre-qualified leads, to promote our commercial services (Fleet management and CDL) offering FREE fleet evaluation to commercial companies, emphasizing cost-saving opportunities, and CDL endorsements for truck drivers through our online course
• Contact consumers using our CRM system, which includes over 90,000 pre-qualified leads, to promote our consumer services (Solar, and CCTV programs) Solar Paneling Program, aiming to sign them up for our partner companies, presenting the benefit of having solar paneling along with the up to 80% cost savings monthly, and our CCTV program to make sure their sewage systems are cleaned to prevent backups or any other unexpected problems.
• Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with M.A.D. executives who provide assistance in deal closure.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with commission-based earnings reflecting your productivity.
Compensation:
• Commercial Programs: Earn a 20% commission on the first year of sales, increasing to 30% in the second year. The average deal is $100,000, meaning a single deal could yield a $20,000 commission.
• Consumer Programs: Earn $100 per closed solar paneling deal, with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on volume. And 20% of consumer deals close.
