M&A Deal Analyst (Private equity / investment banking)

Your Main Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Deal Analyst who'll work with our client's deals to take the information we've organized for them to:


1) Decide if a deal makes sense to continue
2) Plug their info into our valuation model to assess it
3) Come up with potential offers our client could use to lock in an LOI
4) Present the deal and options to our client via Loom video


You Should Have:

- 1+ year experience working in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, etc)
- Some financial analysis exposure and want to learn more
- Some experience in presenting a deal and reviewing a deal
- A strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better
- Excellent analytical skills
- Intellectual curiosity and rigor
