We would like a custom design for our back yard and would need the following info to submit to our HOA

ATTACHMENTS
The following information must be attached to the application:
? A copy of the plat or lot survey showing the applicable Building Restriction Lines (BRLs), with the
location, outline and outside dimensions of the proposed change sketched in, as well as any other
relevant dimensions, such as the distance from existing structures or property lines to the proposed
modification. The plat must be clear, with all dimensions legible. If you are using a plat drawing that
has other markings on it, the new proposed modifications must be highlighted or otherwise
clarified.
? Descriptions of materials used, including catalog sheet copies and descriptions of colors and finishes.
? It may be necessary to provide an actual physical sample of the material. If so, staff will let you
know.
? Signed architectural drawings, or scaled hand drawn sketches, of any construction, such as patios,
landscape changes, etc. including width, depth and height dimensions, including either a single three
dimensional perspective drawing or three typical views:
1. A downward view from the top (plan view)
2. A view from the ground toward the face of the construction (front elevation)
3. A view from the ground toward the side(s) of the construction (side elevation)
