Transportation Related Responsibilities:
Amazon Order Fulfillment
Monitoring a report for shipments that need to be marked shipped in our internal system, completing updates are daily
Ensuring accurate data is transferred from one program to another
Freight Shipment Tracking
Monitoring freight shipments to confirm and record delivery status.
Identifying and recording key transit factors that could affect the invoice total or carrier scorecard, such as appointments, reconsignments, or service failures.
Freight Invoice Auditing
Conduct thorough audits of freight invoices.
Initiate disputes for freight invoices when discrepancies are identified, researched, and confirmed
Rebuttle declined disputes as necessary
Maintaining an updated and accurate invoice auditing spreadsheet
Carrier Claims
Submitting Ground Claims promptly and accurately in vendor portals.
Initiating Freight Claim submissions promptly and accurately.
Maintaining an updated and accurate claim spreadsheets.
Other Responsibilities
Creating reports as needed using data from various platforms including spreadsheets, netsuite, carrier portals, vendor portals, and various saved file types.
Assisting in updating records, including historical shipment data.
Actively engage in collaborating on and implementing departmental efficiency initiatives.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Previous experience in transportation operations and administrative tasks.
Proficient in spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
