Looking for my first VA for a Shopify Dropshipping Business

Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment & Tracking – Ensure smooth processing, coordinate with suppliers, and handle customer inquiries.
• Customer Support – Assist with email inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional and timely manner.
• Social Media Assistance – Collaborate on content planning, influencer management, and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience with drop-shipping and working with suppliers ( if not it is ok , i will teach you)
• Strong understanding of customer service and order fulfillment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (required).

Salary & Growth Opportunities
• Starting salary: $500 USD per month.
• Workload: While this is a full-time role, the workload will be manageable in the beginning as we are still in the early stages of the business
