Looking for experienced T-shirt designer/illustrator focus design creation with artificial intelligence - long-term work

we are looking for an ambitious, experienced T-shirt graphic designer / illustrator to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date.

What can we offer you?

- The opportunity to earn a full-time income from home! Payment depends on the quality and quantity of the designs.
In the beginning we pay on average 2-5 dollars per design.
We are growing together! If the designs are successful, the price per design is increased or a bonus awaits you.

We are in the process of ramping up our business so that you will be employed on a part-time basis (about 10-50 designs per week) until we have sufficient capacity. Full-time employment may be possible from Q4 2024.


What skills are we looking for?

- Create ORIGINAL, HANDMADE or generated with AI (artificial intelligence) creative T-shirt designs. Applicants who don't have graphic designs, illustrations or hand drawn samples in their portfolio will not be accepted.

- Strong typography and text-based design skills are an absolute must. You must have a good feel for fonts. You can work perfectly with the well-known graphics programs such as Photoshop.

- Reliability! We need consistent new designs and a good work ethic. This means meeting design deadlines and effective and honest communication.

- Ability to create up to 10-50 original designs per week

- Fluent English

- Stable Internet connection, organized and reliable


What will your task be?

I will send you a list of ideas for t-shirts that I would like to create and I would like you to be artistic and creative to (re)create the idea in your own style. For example, I can send you a link or an image, and I would like you to implement the idea in a unique way to create a visually more appealing design without copying the original! It is VERY IMPORTANT that you create the illustrations yourself and do not copy any graphics from other sources or violate any trademark or copyright laws!
