Overview:
We are a dynamic medical reporting agency seeking a reliable and proactive General Virtual Assistant to cover weekend operations. This role will provide essential support from 7 p.m. Friday through 12 a.m. Monday (UK Time) and will focus on handling LinkedIn DMs, providing tech support for experts, and managing incoming website inquiries. This part-time role is integral to ensuring seamless communication and support during the weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to LinkedIn direct messages and route communications as needed.
• Provide tech support for experts to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor the company website for inquiries from Individual Practitioners (IPs) and Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIPs).
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support weekend operations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a virtual assistant or customer support role.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Availability during the specified weekend hours.

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS

Starting pay rate: TBD
You will get paid on the same day as your start every week via Transferwise
Bonuses will be paid for exceptional work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata) once the first full year of service has been completed
